Raytheon is seeking a Principal Specialist, Contracts supporting the AM&S Portfolio within its Advanced Technology Strategic Business Unit. Responsibilities include supporting key pursuits, stakeholder collaboration, providing contractual guidance, developing IP strategies, and innovative contracting approaches.

What You Will Do:

1. Manage contracts closely with Portfolio Directors, Program Managers, Engineers, and Supply Chain teams.
2. Provide contractual and business guidance to senior management, including risk mitigation.
3. Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and BAAs; review Estimates at Completion; conduct proposal reviews; negotiate contracts; support program management; develop IP and investment strategies; ensure compliance with policies.
4. Travel requirements are minimal.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• A university degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years relevant experience; or an advanced degree with at least 3 years' experience.

• Active and transferable Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and contractual fundamentals.
• Experience managing development contracts in competitive environments.
• Financial understanding of contracts and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with OTAs, IP, license, and teaming agreements.
