Principal at The Menta Education Group will support school-wide initiatives focused on teacher development, implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), and Common Core Standards.

Location: Menta Academy Eunice, 1710 Ave. J, Eunice, NM 88231

Requirements:

• NMPED Special Education PK‑12 Teaching License
• NMPED Educational Administration License PK‑12

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for students and staff
• Support school‑wide initiatives for special education
• Drive change by collaborating with staff and students to improve academic and behavioral achievement
• Lead the school by building high‑performing teams and managing work and people while securing support for the school vision
• Promote student success by creating an instructional program that continuously improves teaching and learning
• Create a school environment focused on students, high academic expectations, personal approach, care, discipline, and order
• Encourage professional development and supervise teachers and staff to improve student learning and achievement
• Collaborate with students, parents, and staff to resolve issues and problems
• Leverage strong knowledge of the PBIS model and Common Core Standards
