Summary

As a Principal Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with Wiz’s CTO, Field CTO, Customer Success, Product Management, and R&D teams to ensure alignment and coordinated efforts across the sales process.

Location

The ideal candidate will be located in the US West Region.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical and business feedback to Product Management based on field engagements to enhance Wiz’s positioning and messaging.
• Collaborate with sales teams on strategic opportunities to demonstrate the business and technical value of Wiz platform.
• Assist SEs and prospects during POC processes with advanced use cases, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Lead thought leadership sessions sharing insights from customer engagements to improve messaging and value delivery.
• Support messaging and sales of Wiz platform capabilities to prospects and customers.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong technical background in IT, InfoSec, Cloud, and DevOps concepts.
• Experience with public cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in Kubernetes and containers, capable of architecting and troubleshooting complex environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively to technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Passion for continuous learning and technical leadership.
• Experience with coding and developer workflows (Git, CI/CD, Helm, Terraform).

Compensation

Starting salary will depend on experience, skills, and location. The annual base salary range for this role is $196,000—$217,000 USD. The role is eligible for Wiz’s equity plan and incentive compensation.
