Our Principal Solutions Architect plays a critical role in delivery excellence and customer success. They work on strategic accounts, collaborate with Sales to drive expansion, and manage multiple work streams, building relationships and guiding clients through complex data challenges while designing scalable solutions.

This role emphasizes creating value, fostering trust, and positioning as a strategic influencer in data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership and Delivery: Architect scalable, high-performance data solutions; lead data engineering teams; communicate business value; mentor team members; stay updated on emerging data technologies.
• Client Engagement and Growth: Build stakeholder relationships; design data roadmaps; craft technical approaches; identify expansion opportunities; respond to RFIs and RFPs.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years designing and implementing data solutions
• 2+ years of consulting leadership with external clients
• Experience developing technical strategies, leading delivery teams, and collaborating with sales
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Scala, SQL, and cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Team management and mentorship experience
• Strong communication skills and documentation experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)

Technical Expertise:

• Experience with core data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Hadoop, Databricks)
• Knowledge of cloud storage, data integration, streaming technologies, and data modeling methodologies
