Principal Solution Engineer – Strat FINS

This role interacts with the largest insurance and financial firms to demonstrate and deliver the latest Salesforce capabilities, with a strong focus on AI and AgentForce coding in workshops and collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI & AgentForce Workshops: Create, deliver, and manage high‑impact, interactive customer workshops, guiding executive stakeholders through AI capabilities and AgentForce deployment.
• Build PoCs and PoTs: Design and develop sophisticated Proof of Concepts and Proof of Technology in customer sandbox environments to validate architecture and prove feasibility.
• Co‑Innovate with Customers: Collaborate directly with customer technical and business teams to build prototype solutions, ensuring co‑ownership and technical validation.
• Translate Value: Articulate complex AI architectures and Agentic Use Cases into tangible business value summaries for C‑level financial executives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Deep AI Expertise: Proficiency in modern AI paradigms, including Large Language Models, prompt engineering, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, and autonomous agent architectures.
• Hands‑on Builder: Proven experience building with modern AI tools, low‑code/pro‑code AI builders, and specifically AgentForce or equivalent autonomous agent frameworks.
• Environment Management: Experience configuring, testing, and deploying solutions within complex development orgs and customer sandbox environments.

Domain & Consultative Expertise

• FINS Acumen: Deep understanding of the Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance verticals, including operational workflows, compliance considerations, and customer pain points.
• Value Engineering: Ability to identify and define Agentic Use Cases and map them to business ROI.
• Workshop Facilitation: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with a track record of managing technical workshops for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Compensation

Base salary range: $157,640 – $210,910 annually. In California and New York, and select cities in Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the range is $173,460 – $231,980 per year. Compensation may include equity and benefits.
