Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 years relevant work experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering software solutions using modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar).
• Proven experience applying DevOps principles throughout the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, monitoring, observability, security integration, and production support in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to resolve customer and prospective customer issues in a logical, creative and structured manner.
• Align the client’s goals, needs and objectives to the solutions.
• Communicate issues and status in a clear, timely manner.
• Interpret specifications and build advanced solutions to those specifications; support the business strategy by acting as an expert of the company's services and products, including usage, architecture, functionality and deployment.
• Develop custom presentations and demonstrations; generates infrastructure support documentation.
• Make proposals and help to write RFP responses; evaluate and propose process improvements.
• Maintain the highest level of knowledge about the company's software/hardware products.
• May provide training and mentoring, as well as work direction, to others on the team.
