Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a highly experienced Principal Solution Architect to own the Hub Services platform, building a cloud-native healthcare integration layer using React, Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL, and Azure.

The role blends architecture leadership with hands-on coding, mentoring engineers, shaping technical strategy, and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions in a hybrid/remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with increasing technical leadership.
• 5+ years as Principal Engineer, Lead Architect, or Solution Architect.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Python (FastAPI), React, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale Azure cloud applications.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, API architecture, microservices, and modern software design patterns.
• Proven ability to lead teams while contributing production code.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for cloud-native, highly available healthcare solutions.
• Design REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and distributed architectures.
• Produce architecture artifacts including HLDs, LLDs, API specifications, sequence diagrams, and integration designs.
• Review and contribute production-quality code for complex features and critical components.
• Coach and mentor engineers through architecture reviews, pair programming, and technical leadership.
• Partner with Product, QA, DevOps, and Operations to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable software.
• Drive continuous improvements across SDLC, CI/CD, monitoring, performance, and platform reliability.
