Accenture Federal Services seeks a Principal Data & AI Architect to lead the design and deployment of Databricks-based data and AI solutions for government clients. You will shape architecture, guide modernization, and mentor the Data & AI team to deliver high-impact capabilities across missions.
You will collaborate with account teams to craft winning technical proposals, ensure security and compliance, and develop reusable assets that accelerate delivery in Federal programs.
As a Principal Data & AI Architect you will serve as the Databricks technical leader responsible for designing, architecting, and solutioning advanced data and AI capabilities. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with a thorough understanding of the unique systems, platforms, requirements, and workflows. You will be part of leading and growing our Databricks team and turning the client’s vision into reality by deploying software and building tailored solutions that make a measurable impact on their operations.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is $189,700–$396,900 USD. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
