Our focus is on security, user experience and quality, and right now, we’re looking for an experienced Principal Software Developer with React Native to help us deliver seamless and robust mobile features to thousands of users.

You’ll join a collaborative, remote-first environment where we value clean code, thoughtful architecture, and open communication. We are agile.

What you will be doing:

• Developing scalable app in React Native using TypeScript

• Defining best practices for mobile applications developed with React Native

• Overseeing architectural decisions, such as how to manage application state, and which testing and CI/CD tools to implement

• Determining how to ensure optimal performance for mobile applications (iOS and Android)

• Collaborating with front-end and back-end teams to deliver features consistently

• Shaping coding standards and processes within the React Native team

• Mentoring senior and junior developers, as well as conducting training sessions

• Making strategic decisions regarding the development of applications, tools, and technologies within the organization

• Proposing new ideas, performing feasibility analysis, and scoping the work

• Collaborating with frontend team, product designers (via Figma) and backend engineers to deliver well-integrated mobile experiences

• Ensuring high code quality with unit testing, code reviews, and documentation

• Integrating with APIs (GraphQL/Rest)

• Maintaining and improving our CI/CD pipeline for mobile apps

• Working in a remote Agile team using Jira, Slack, and GitHub, BitBucket

You are a good match if you have:

• 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years building mobile apps with React Native

• Experience in planning, prioritizing, and coordinating development work, including organizing small to mid-sized engineering teams in collaboration with technical leadership

• Experience using AI tools (e.g. Gemini 2.5 Pro, Cloude 4, ChatGPT)

• A collaborative mindset and proactive communication style

• Experience with serverless architecture and event-driven functions (AWS Lambda)

• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, React Navigation, and state management libraries (e.g. react-redux + redux-saga)

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Experience with storybook

• Solid understanding of mobile development principles and performance optimization

• Experience with GraphQL and API integration

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines for mobile apps

• Knowledge of Node.js for backend integration

• Extensive testing framework for unit and integration testing

• Collaborative experience working with UX designers

• Experience with source control tools: BitBucket, GitHub

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines: Bitrise, Concourse, Jenkins

• Experience working in an Agile Scrum team.
