Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Principal Software Engineer (Finance) to guide technical direction, mentor teams, and own critical software solutions. Based at our Phoenix location, you will lead design and delivery of complex software, drive innovation, and influence strategic plans while ensuring high quality and performance across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• 15+ years of experience leading software development projects.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages (C, C++, OpenGL, Embedded Systems).
• Experience with software development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
