What You’ll Do
  • Architect & Deliver Solutions: Lead the design and development of high-quality solutions for consumer payments or credit products, ensuring seamless integration, robust documentation, and comprehensive post-integration support including monitoring and logging.
  • Set Engineering Standards: Establish and maintain product and engineering standards, fostering a culture of excellence within your team.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmaps, translating complex needs into effective software solutions.
  • Mentor & Grow Talent: Guide and develop fellow engineers, promoting continuous improvement and innovation across the team.
  • Drive Automation & Quality: Champion a passion for automation and testing to enhance quality, reduce costs, and ensure security and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in .NET/C# paired with hands-on experience with React or NextJS for building modern, cloud-native applications.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading engineering teams and collaborating with business stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable software solutions.
  • Passion for Automation: A deep commitment to automation and testing, with an eye for cost optimization, security, and compliance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent writing and presentation skills to effectively articulate technical concepts and business value.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the FinTech industry, ideally dealing in payments or consumer credit, and building consumer-facing APIs.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with PCI and SOC2 security and compliance requirements.
  • DevOps Proficiency: Experience provisioning and managing cloud environments with at least one major cloud provider.

If you’re driven by innovation and excited to shape the future of FinTech through cutting-edge technology, we’d love to hear from you. Join us in delivering outstanding products that make a real impact for our customers.
