Job summary

AllSpice is building a collaboration platform for hardware engineers, enabling data-driven design for circuits across vehicles, IoT, and robotics. You will join the parsing team to define data interfaces, build parsers, and provide tooling for multiple stakeholder teams.

You will collaborate with engineers across stack (Rust, Go, TS, Python) and coordinate with product, sales and customers to shape timelines and features in a highly autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working on systems-level software.
• Experience writing parsers.
• Experience writing test harnesses and dev tooling around the core software.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a high degree of autonomy.
• Can think in terms of the big picture and deliver on the details.
• Fluency with AI tools — you use them day-to-day to debug, document, and reduce operational toil.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers from multiple teams to determine data needs and structures.
• Define interfaces and data access methods for internal teams.
• Develop parsers for new formats and extend parsing capabilities.
• Coordinate with product managers, sales and other stakeholders to provide timelines and feature constraints.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively to deliver end-to-end solutions.
