Qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering software development experience or 8+ years with a PhD.
• Experience mentoring/executing across executive stakeholders.
• Ability to use data/analysis to explain technical problems and provide solutions.
• Experience driving large cross-functional/industry-wide engineering efforts.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration to drive solutions across functions.
• Proven track record of multi-year roadmaps aligning short-term projects with long-term mission.
