This Principal role owns technical leadership for the Peer Community product within Digital Product Technology (DPT), partnering with two Scrum teams to deliver mobile, web and backend platforms and to drive discovery and the architectural runway. Gartner Peer Community is a peer-driven platform where thousands of verified enterprise leaders connect to share knowledge, ask questions, and provide peer feedback that helps inform technology and business decisions.

Actual salaries may vary within the range based on factors including education, training, experience, and location. In addition to base salary, employees may participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
