You will guide investment decisions by balancing business value, cost, and delivery risk, and promote engineering standards that improve consistency and quality

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and extensive experience in engineering leadership.
• Experience treating platforms or shared capabilities as products with defined ownership and roadmaps.
• Ability to balance business value, cost, risk and delivery in decision making.

• Set direction and oversee complex, high-visibility engineering projects with enterprise impact.
• Provide consultative guidance to executive leadership and ensure architectural alignment.
