Qualifications

• 10+ years of Software Industry experience.
• 7+ years leading enterprise-scale solution design and technical architecture initiatives across multiple value streams.
• 7+ years hands-on experience with Java, Python, Node.js, Angular, and ReactJS.
• 7+ years of experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and scalable patterns.
• 7+ years of experience designing cloud-native, microservices-based solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• 5+ years of experience designing modern APIs and RESTful services.
• 5+ years of experience with micro-services architecture and designing RESTful APIs.
• 5+ years' experience designing and developing complex systems with a rigorous approach.
• 5+ years' experience with requirements analysis, estimation, systems, and application design, and testing.
• 5+ years of demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
• 4+ years of experience managing technical, customer-facing applications and services.
• Proven ability to be self-directed and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Guide implementation of reference architecture solutions that deliver best-in-class user experiences.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, lead POC initiatives, and develop architectural recommendations.
• Develop well-engineered, flexible, resilient solutions delivered on schedule.
• Author technical documentation—white papers, guides, how-tos for the developer community.
• Collaborate across levels and functions to evangelize technical visions and align stakeholders.
• Champion user-centric product development with emphasis on privacy and security of PII/PHI.
• Provide SME oversight and development support for future updates and maintenance.
• Mentor architects and engineers to foster technical excellence.
• Define and validate non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, availability, security, observability.
• Analyze current architecture and identify improvements aligned with best practices.
• Work with stakeholders to arrive at optimal business and technology solutions.
