Qualifications

• 15+ years designing and supporting large-scale distributed services.
• Deep database internals: metadata management, query optimization, catalogs.
• Systems mastery across distributed systems, durability and correctness.
• Cloud-scale track record solving 0->1 problems at massive scale.
• CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and the trade-offs between consistency and performance.
