Are you seeking a new and challenging position supporting a complex program? This is an exciting time to contribute to impactful results. We are looking to add a Software Engineer (SWE-3) to a growing team. Tasks include designing and prototyping within a fast-paced Agile environment.

Position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $25,000!

Job Responsibilities:

1. Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
2. Debug existing software and correct defects.
3. Design and code new software or modify existing software to add features.
4. Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or environments.
5. Develop simple data queries for databases or data repositories.
6. Write or review software and system documentation.
7. Develop or implement algorithms to meet system performance and standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• 20 years of experience as a SWE in similar scope programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited institution.
• Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Java development experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Git, Linux, Jira, Confluence, Eclipse.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with React or similar libraries (Vue, Angular).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead technical teams.
• Experience with complex database interfaces/queries.
• Proven quality control of software development.
