As a Principal Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, architecting, and scaling next-generation AI-driven cybersecurity products. Key Details on the Role:

Team Collaboration: Work with technical peers and the Office of the CTO, specializing in emerging technologies, AI, and generative models.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead data architecture design, scalable system implementations, and prototype development while collaborating across multiple teams.
• Design and develop scalable, AI-driven systems that power cybersecurity products.
• Architect and implement high-performance data processing pipelines that support log, event, and time-series data at scale.
• Lead the transition of AI research prototypes into scalable, production-ready platforms.
• Make technical decisions related to data architecture, distributed computing, and system scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate new technologies with existing cybersecurity solutions.
• Provide technical leadership on system design, performance trade-offs, and engineering best practices.
• Research and evaluate cutting-edge technologies to drive continuous innovation in AI and cybersecurity.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with modern applications & distributed systems.
• Expertise in Python, Rust, or C/C++.
• Strong background in data architecture & large-scale data processing.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with data technologies (e.g., Iceberg, Delta Lake, schema registries, streaming systems).
• Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).
• Background in high-performance computing, parallel processing, and distributed data systems.
