What You'll Do

• Develop products that enable customers to visualize, explore, and understand their operational, application, and customer data.
• Prioritize effectively across business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate technical communication across teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership, product management, and engineering teams to align priorities.
• Act as a connector for all technical matters across teams.
• Promote an inclusive culture valuing diverse perspectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical leadership experience in engineering teams.
• Experience with Rust, Go, or Java.
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Extensive experience in SaaS, building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong collaboration and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in CS or equivalent.

Bonus Points

• Knowledge of observability domain.
• Understanding of databases like RDS, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
