In this role, you will provide hands‑on technical leadership across data pipelines, event‑driven workflows, and cloud architecture—ensuring scalability, resiliency, transparency, and automation.
You will partner closely with architects, product teams, compensation subject‑matter experts, and engineering teams to modernize end‑to‑end compensation systems using AWS‑native services and Python‑driven data pipelines.

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
