The Classified Solutions Cybersecurity ISSM will support the program\'s EMD environments by maintaining the Bodies of Evidence needed for their ATOs.
The qualified candidate can either operate as a Principal or Senior Principal Cyber Security analyst and will leverage their skills in helping maintain and update the SSP, POAM, SCTM, RAR, Policies, Procedures, etc. for all environments and work with customer and program leadership to ensure a strong security posture while maintaining program needs to meet tight timelines.
The qualified candidate will be based in Roy, Utah and will also work with a team of senior cyber professionals to help mentor and train junior cybersecurity professionals as emerging subject matter experts.
This role may be hired at the Principal or Senior Principal level, depending on the years of experience each candidate brings.
Primary Level Salary Range: $95,300.00 - $142,900.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $118,600.00 - $178,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\'s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
