G2 Ops, Inc. is seeking a Principal Security Engineer (ISSM) to lead Continuous Monitoring across Navy programs and manage information security programs.
You will assess cyber posture, identify risks, drive remediation, and work with a team focused on cybersecurity, mission success, and growth within a DoD environment.
About the Role. G2 Ops supports mission-critical defense and technology initiatives by solving complex operational and engineering challenges. We are seeking a motivated, collaborative Principal Security Engineer (ISSM) to support Continuous Monitoring efforts across Navy acquisition programs.
In this role, you’ll contribute to technical cybersecurity assessment and oversight, evaluating program cyber posture, identifying meaningful cybersecurity risks and monitoring gaps, recognizing recurring trends across programs, and helping drive technically sound remediation while working alongside a team that values innovation, technical excellence, and continuous growth.

Compensation & Benefits. The annual salary range for this position is $145,000 - $180,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
