  • Promote architecture best practices and support model walkthroughs across program offices.

About the Role G2 Ops supports mission-critical defense and technology initiatives by solving complex operational and engineering challenges. We are seeking a motivated, collaborative Mid-Level Systems Engineer to support mission architecture, interoperability, technical planning, and systems engineering assessments for a Department of Defense customer environment.

In this role, you’ll evaluate program engineering and architecture documentation, identify technical risks, support independent technical reviews, and help improve the quality and efficiency of engineering review processes. You’ll work alongside a team that values innovation, technical excellence, and continuous growth.

What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of mission architecture, enterprise architecture, MBSE, or digital engineering.
  • Experience briefing technical findings to engineering leaders or review boards.
  • Experience with generative AI, scripting, or workflow automation.

Compensation & Benefits.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
