The Principal Security Analyst/Project Lead in Tucson, AZ, will support the Associate Director of Compliance & Infrastructure and lead a cross-functional team supporting National Security and contractual requirements for Special Access Programs. Responsibilities include managing projects, implementing policies based on NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, JSIG, and ICD-705, and supporting CORE (Lean & Six Sigma) initiatives within the Security organization. Key duties involve business metrics evaluation, opportunity identification, risk mitigation, resource prioritization, and project execution to achieve impactful results.

What You Will Do

• Drive strategic CORE engagements focusing on process improvement, automation, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline and resource assignments aligned with strategic priorities.
• Track improvement targets and participate in strategic reviews and business meetings.
• Collaborate with functional leaders on improvement opportunities.
• Lead and develop business process improvement projects and strategies.
• Support compliance with US Government and Raytheon policies, especially in classified areas.
• Maintain budget and evaluate resource needs for proposals.
• Travel may be required; valid driver’s license needed.
• Position is full-time, onsite, and first shift.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Active and transferable U.S. Top Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or 9 years if no degree.
• Experience leading security processes within SAP/SCI environments, including NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD-705.
• Proficiency with PowerApps, PowerBI, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
• CORE Professional certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Security, Risk Management, or related fields.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP/SCI security discipline.
• Related training or certifications from DCSA or CDSE (e.g., ICD-705, SFPC).
