Job summary

Aretiforce is seeking a Principal Salesforce Engineer in the United States to lead Salesforce development, architecture, DevOps, and platform engineering. You will collaborate with engineering and business teams to design scalable solutions, improve processes, and drive automation across the Salesforce ecosystem.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong CI/CD and DevOps experience, and the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years working extensively with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise platforms using REST, SOAP, GraphQL and middleware technologies.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes and automated testing frameworks.
• Manage Salesforce development environments, source control, packages and release processes.
• Introduce engineering standards around code quality, testing, security and maintainability.
• Diagnose complex platform and production issues and identify opportunities for performance improvements.
• Work with engineering teams to modernize Salesforce development practices and introduce greater automation.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, integrations and enterprise application design.
• Experience implementing CI/CD and DevOps practices using Git and tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and modern integration technologies.
• Comfortable working across both technical and business teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges.
