Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to lead architecture strategy and execution for its B2B consumer‑facing platforms, designing scalable web and mobile experiences that meet business and technical requirements.

The role requires extensive experience in end-to-end B2B onboarding, servicing, and commerce flows, cloud-native architectures, API‑first patterns, and secure, compliant solutions across enterprise ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field is required.
• 7-10 years in a business environment is required.
• 7-10 years as software/systems architect, engineer, or programmer is required.
• 4-7 years of experience in B2B online e-commerce systems architecture and design is required.
• 4-7 years of experience in web experience management technologies such as self-services, content management, search, analytics, and marketing automation is required.
• 4-7 years of experience in architecture and design of mobile web applications including responsive design and hybrid models for native apps is required.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end B2B experiences across onboarding, servicing, and commerce flows.
• Evaluate third-party products for integration into organizational technology solutions.
• Define and maintain software development processes to ensure consistent architecture, API-first integration strategies, and standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and support implementation across onboarding, servicing, and commerce domains.
• Provide architectural leadership for scalable, secure, and compliant B2B digital experiences on web and mobile platforms.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, including cloud-native architectures and customer experience technologies.
• Analyze business processes to align technical solutions with enterprise lifecycle needs.
• Take ownership of new requests and identify opportunities to enhance platform scalability and value.
• Act as a domain expert and provide guidance on platform evolution, integration strategies, and emerging technologies.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned by business management.
