About the team The Enhanced Market (EM) Sales Operations team at Zillow is dedicated to driving sales excellence and operational efficiency by developing and implementing strategic processes, tools, and insights. The team empowers Growth Advisor and Launch Advisor teams with the resources and data they need to achieve and exceed revenue targets, supporting Zillow’s integrated transaction vision through continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
About the role
As a Principal Sales Operations Manager, you will serve as the organization’s foremost expert in sales strategy and insights for Enhanced Markets. You will leverage industry expertise and a deep understanding of sales operations to define and drive the strategic direction of sales programs, frameworks, and analytics. This role is responsible for shaping company-wide sales strategy, authoring operational frameworks, and delivering groundbreaking insights that influence executive decision-making and drive business growth. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional partners to solve ambiguous, high-impact challenges and set the long-term vision for sales excellence at Zillow.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions. In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $131,700.00 - $210,300.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $125,100.00 - $199,900.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.
