As an mmWave RFIC Design Engineer, you will contribute to developing the next generation of THz sensors. You will oversee and guide the complete design process, from conceptualization to production.

There is flexibility with the seniority level, so candidates of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Derive block-level specifications from system requirements
• Leading the design of transmit, receive, and IF signal chain
• Layout, modelling, and simulation of mm-wave RF blocks
• Attend and present at design reviews
• Test and measurement
• Work directly with systems engineering, test engineering, layout engineering to define and build the next generation of wireless sensors

Key Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in the design of RF and analog circuits in CMOS and SiGe technologies
• Expertise in on-chip electromagnetics, circuit-package co-design, passive components using tools like EMX, Momentum, RFPro
• Experience with circuit simulation using Cadence Virtuoso, ADS, GoldenGate
• Education: Masters or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (or similar)
