Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience in RF, radar, or spectrum management.
• Experience using spectrum analyzers to test RF devices for FCC/NTIA compliance.
• Open-air RF/spectrum data collection experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF & radar testing across L, S, C, X, Ku, Ka bands using diverse waveforms.
• Test mitigation devices across VHF/UHF/Microwave bands and evaluate EMI/EMC.
• Develop, execute, and oversee detailed test plans and evaluation frameworks.
• Manage vendor systems during deployment, data collection and teardown.
• Produce FAA-focused guidance and performance spec translations from RD/T&E data.
