  • Design and develop RF system architecture including antennas, cabling, receivers, processors, interfaces, and software applications
  • Design and develop system level test procedures to verify and validate system performance
  • Interact with customers to solicit information on system design, present detailed design, and assist in the test and evaluation of the system
  • Develop detailed mathematical models of the RF system and use these models to accurately predict system performance
  • Design and test digital signal processing algorithms in real-time systems using FPGAs
  • Develop systems designs using real time, high speed digitizers for wide RF bandwidth applications
  • Design and document system interfaces for RF, electrical, mechanical, and software
  • Employ systems engineering best practices including systems requirements review (SRR), preliminary design review (PDR), critical design review (CDR), test readiness review (TRR), factory acceptance testing (FAT), and system operational verification test (SOVT)
  • Support proposal development by creating and documenting technical approaches for new projects
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years professional experience
