Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Principal Analyst in Retention Analytics to lead and deliver analytics across the retention lifecycle. You’ll partner with Retention Marketing leadership to shape measurement, scorecards, and decision-ready insights that inform renewal strategies and investment decisions.

In this senior role, you’ll own complex analyses, design tests, and automate recurring reporting. You’ll influence senior stakeholders and connect analytics to CLV and financial outcomes within a hybrid

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
7+ years in marketing analytics or related role.
Experience in renewal/subscription-based business.
Expert SQL with Python or R for analysis.
Power BI expertise.
Hands-on analysis including test-and-control or holdout designs.
Deep expertise in segmentation, scenario modeling, and business cases.
Proven track record presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Serve as analytics thought partner to Retention Marketing leadership and key stakeholders.
Measure retention across touchpoints (email, direct mail, digital, in-app, renewal).
Lead complex causal questions in retention and design appropriate experiments.
Forecast retention impact and build business cases for initiatives.
Develop and own the retention scorecard and automated reports.
Partner with BI/Data Ops on data governance and shared assets.
