Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years of postdoctoral or professional research experience preferred for senior level.
• Strong background in education-to-work transitions and labor market outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and refine a multi-year research program on readiness science and workforce pathways.
• Advance the science of readiness for education, work, and upward mobility in an AI-enabled world.
• Investigate how skills, credentials, and experiences predict attainment and earnings.
• Design and validate measures translating evidence of capabilities into signals of readiness.
• Lead proposals, publications, and partnerships to support the research agenda.
