Collins Aerospace is seeking a Principal Reliability Engineer (Product Safety) in Aguadilla, PR. The role targets leadership in reliability practices across avionics programs, mentoring engineers and guiding product teams on reliability processes and testing.
The position involves MTBF predictions, 217Plus analyses, FMEAs, and DERATING tasks within a hybrid onsite/offsite schedule. US citizenship is required for eligibility.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
This role will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered. This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
