The role of Principal Reimbursement Analyst offers the opportunity to establish reimbursement for innovative new products and therapies. This position is within the Peripheral Vascular Health (PVH) Operating Unit (OU), one of the fastest-growing units at Medtronic. The PVH portfolio includes treatments for peripheral artery disease, carotid artery occlusions, deep venous disease, and more, significantly improving patient quality of life.
The Principal Reimbursement Analyst will serve as a key member of the HEPR team, driving US launch and global implementation of reimbursement strategies for the PVH portfolio, focusing on peripheral arterial and venous disease treatments. The role involves developing and communicating reimbursement strategies, engaging with payers, physicians, and stakeholders, and supporting product lifecycle reimbursement needs.
This position requires collaboration with regional and global colleagues, occasional travel, and the ability to craft innovative solutions in a dynamic environment. Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional experience are essential.
