Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is building a new R&D unit and seeking engineers who will ship real software into live environments from day one. This is not a typical slide deck role; you’ll move from idea to prototype to production with immediate customer impact and clear ownership.

Partner with product leaders to translate problems into concrete solutions, balance speed with durability, and help shape how this unit operates as it grows. 2–5 years experience common, healthcare experience not required.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and a bias toward shipping.
• Ability to work on ambiguous problems with real users and constraints.
• Translate product intent into working software.
• Track record of building things that were actually used.
• 2–5 years of experience is common, but not required; judgment matters.
