Job summary

The position requires solid CAD skills (SolidWorks), hands-on engineering expertise, and the ability to guide technical teams while ensuring compliance with design controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in engineering with 8–10 years in medical devices.
• Experience in disposable peripheral and coronary device design is preferred.
• Strong understanding of materials, reliability and manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for projects and manage technology development teams.
• Design and develop products compliant with design controls and regulatory requirements.
• Prototype concepts and develop tests in simulated environments.
• Collaborate with clinicians and KOLs to translate needs into design solutions.
• Maintain documentation aligned with the quality system and company policies.
• Identify suppliers and support pilot manufacturing as needed.
