Qualifications

• 10+ years of software/quality engineering experience.
• Experience leading large initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong quality engineering expertise with test strategies across levels.
• Deep knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of modern software delivery and distributed systems.
• Experience with release quality, risk assessment, and production readiness.
• Ability to review code, automation, designs, and architectures.
• Experience applying AI tools to engineering workflows beyond coding.
• Strong root-cause analysis and systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional, multi-team initiatives spanning engineering groups.
• Define and implement quality engineering strategies, standards, architectures, and test approaches.
• Drive improvements in test automation, CI/CD, release quality, observability, and production readiness.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, SRE, Release Management and QA leadership.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI across the software lifecycle and evaluate new AI capabilities.
• Mentor senior engineers and engineering leads while influencing through collaboration.
• Review designs, automation frameworks, and architectural trade-offs to ensure quality.
