The Role As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will be an integral part of the Digital Platform QE organization. You will ensure that project delivery meets quality standards by providing technical guidance in planning, designing, executing, testing, and developing procedures related to product quality across complex, integrated deliveries. This role sits outside of a squad and is accountable for leading and delivering end-to-end test strategies. You will be recognized as a subject matter expert in quality practices. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your leadership skills, collaborate across Fidelity teams, and continue learning in a dynamic, iterative, and constantly evolving environment.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles.
