You will mentor engineers, present quality metrics to leadership, and influence product strategy with a focus on high-quality, reliable software in a complex enterprise environment.

Formación

• Requires a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field plus significant experience in software QA and test framework development.
• Experience bridging software development and hardware quality assurance, with emphasis on scalable test architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Owns architectural design and testability for medium to large platform initiatives.
• Define quality strategy and technical roadmaps for QA aligned with product goals.
• Lead the design and enhancement of enterprise-grade automated test frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Software, and Hardware teams to enforce quality standards and metrics.
• Perform deep system-level analysis and root-cause resolution across engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers on advanced testing methodologies and best practices.
