Job summary

GliaCell Technologies, LLC is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to support a U.S. Government customer on a full‑time basis, onsite in Laurel, MD. The role focuses on sustaining mission‑critical software and systems with advanced analytics, ML/AI research, and compliance automation.

The candidate must hold an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, be a U.S. citizen, and bring extensive experience in software engineering, data analytics, and leading technical initiatives within secure

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• 20 years of professional experience and a BS, or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a BS.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics tools for compliance and business processes.
• Prototype automation for compliance functions and improve methods.
• Research ML/AI proofs‑of‑concept in the R&D environment.
• Build models and metrics to monitor tools, functions, and data flows.
