Qualifications

• B.S. in Aerospace, Mechanical Design, Engineering, Engineering Technology, or similar related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience; advanced degrees may substitute for experience.
• Experience designing, analyzing, integrating, and testing engines for space vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of high-thrust hypergolic rocket engines.
• Prepare and execute major program reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
• Plan and oversee engine development activities for technical and budget objectives.

Skills

Designing, analyzing, integrating, and testing engines for space vehicles

Developing human rated systems

Knowledge of throttleable high thrust hypergolic engines

Environmental testing (vibration, shock, acoustic, vacuum)

Education

B.S. in Aerospace, Mechanical Design, Engineering, or related discipline
