Job summary

Executive Recruiting Group is seeking a Propellant & Energetics Engineer in Colorado to develop, mix, test and qualify solid propellants, including AP based booster grains.

Duties include formulating and mixing AP/HTPB propellants, developing fuels for air-breathing combustors, performing rheology and cure-kinetics testing, and ensuring lab safety and regulatory traceability.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in relevant field with strong propulsion background.
• 10+ years experience in solid propellant development.
• Knowledge of metal fuel combustion.

• Experience scaling bath size or optimizing cure cycles
