This position is based in Rolling Meadows, IL, onsite with a 9/80 work schedule. Relocation assistance may be available. Clearance type: Secret. Travel: 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with engineering and operations to develop and decompose scope and establish the program schedule baseline.
  • Collaborate with program management, technical, production, and financial teams for program execution.
  • Utilize scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Oracle P6) to plan, monitor, and analyze project progress.
  • Perform metrics reviews, predictive analysis, schedule risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience, or Master’s with 3 years, or 9 years of applicable experience in lieu of degree.
  • 3+ years of project scheduling experience using relevant tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Active DoD security clearance (within past two years preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience with Schedule Analytics, Schedule Risk Assessment, EVMS guidelines, and aerospace/defense industry.
