Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in McLean, VA is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to join our Defense Systems OU. This role focuses on cost control, forecasting, and coordination with multiple IWOs and customer modifications.

You will contribute to rolling forecasts, support SAPFast updates, and ensure accuracy in invoicing. A DoD Secret clearance is required; onsite work in McLean or other listed locations may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis or related fields OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience in these areas; or 9 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong computer skills with high-level Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting).
• Experience with SAP.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Must be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to join our Operating Unit (OU) organization. This role may be based at any of the following locations: McLean, VA; Huntsville, AL; Linthicum, MD; Rocket Center, WV; Orlando, FL; or Elkton, MD.

Responsibilities

• Support program cost control and forecasting

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis or industry related fields OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis or industry related fields; or 9 Years of experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis or industry related in lieu of degree.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance

Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $141,200.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
