Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide financial planning and control for development programs.
2. Develop program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
3. Establish Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) and CWBS Dictionary.
4. Analyze program cost and schedule performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
5. Interact with external customers for cost & schedule data management.
6. Prepare and analyze Estimates at Complete (EACs) and support program teams financially.
7. Assess program risks and opportunities.
8. Utilize Earned Value Management practices and tools like SAP/BW.
9. Support compliance and audit activities.
10. Travel up to 10% as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in program controls or financial analysis, preferably in defense or aerospace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Active U.S. SECRET security clearance, U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with EVMS, forecasting, and accounting.
• Knowledge of Raytheon policies, FAR, CAS, GAAP.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with APEX/SAP/PRISM.
