We’re looking for you to join our team as a Principal Program Cost Control Analyst based out of Linthicum, MD. This is an onsite position that offers the 9/80 work schedule.
The Advanced EW (AEW) and Advanced Intelligence Systems (AIS) Operating Units within the Advanced Missions Business Unit support Emerging Capabilities Development (ECD) within the Mission Systems (MS) Sector.
The PCA will interface with program managers, functional management, cost account managers (CAMs), and business managers to provide financial support and analysis to meet program requirements. Responsibilities include preparing budgets and schedules for Contract and RWA projects, and assisting in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, cash forecasting, and variance analysis.
The PCA will monitor costs and schedules on contracts requiring a validated cost schedule control system. This includes performing Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks such as Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, establishing budget baselines, conducting cost risk analysis/assessment, and developing visibility reports, estimates to complete, and analysis of project performance.
The PCA will perform analysis and generate reports to ensure contracts stay within negotiated and government guidelines, maintaining accurate expenditure records, preparing expenditure projections, and submitting timely funding requests.
The PCA will support audits and reviews, assist with the Annual Operating Plan, Resource Plan, and Long Range Strategic Plan activities, and prepare financial inputs for internal reports and presentations (IPRS, Dashboards, BARs, etc.).

Salary Range: $87,000 - $130,600. This range is a guideline; actual offers depend on various factors including experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differentials, and bonuses.
