What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in medical education, sales, or clinical
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, listening) with all levels of the organization
• Experience in developing healthcare professionals as faculty across surgical specialties
• Ability to ensure compliance with Medical Education initiatives and interactions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in the medical device or regulated industry
• Significant experience working with surgeons or managing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships
• Experience in curriculum design and execution in the medical field
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and project management experience
