Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of Prefill Solutions within the Identity Intelligence portfolio. This high-visibility role leads cross-functional teams across product ownership, engineering, marketing, sales, and finance to improve digital onboarding experiences and expand into new industries.

You will report to the VP of Product Management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with digital application or onboarding journeys.
• Ability to use customer, product, and performance data to identify friction and quantify impact.
• Proven track record leading complex product initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to translate strategy into an actionable roadmap and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy for Prefill Solutions, including multi-horizon product vision and roadmap.
• Decide roadmap tradeoffs and portfolio prioritization balancing customer value, feasibility, and financial outcomes.
• Develop investment cases, revenue forecasts, and resource recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and customers to test hypotheses and quantify impact.
• Design, prioritize, and manage development of new Prefill products and features.
• Oversee go-to-market, pricing, packaging, and launch readiness with Marketing and Sales.
• Represent Product in Agile ceremonies and PDLC stage gates to align teams.
• Lead discovery with customers, Sales, and partners to identify friction and inform design decisions.
• Monitor product financials, adoption, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide mentorship and lead cross-functional reviews and decision sessions.
