Role Overview

As a Principal Product Manager at Bluehost, you will shape the future of our WordPress product suite by driving strategy to become the #1 choice for WordPress users. You will lead initiatives to solve critical challenges for bloggers, small businesses, and web professionals, making complex WordPress tools accessible to all experience levels. This position reports directly to the VP of WordPress Product.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for Bluehost WordPress tooling.
2. Execute roadmap deliverables and initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
3. Identify and prioritize growth opportunities for WordPress, small businesses, and web professionals.
4. Provide guidance to engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams, maintaining a customer-focused approach.
5. Collaborate to design, deliver, and innovate platform features globally.
6. Launch new products and features, driving adoption.
7. Communicate updates and status reports to stakeholders.
8. Coordinate priorities with other Product Managers and leadership.
9. Maintain deep knowledge of initiative objectives and focus on key metrics such as publish rate, adoption, retention, revenue, and acquisition.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product delivery within SaaS, WordPress, or hosting.
• Knowledge of the web presence industry.
• Experience in defining and documenting complex business processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience applying AI to improve customer experience.
• Proven ability to deliver products at scale.
• Tenacity, adaptability, and self-drive.
• Understanding of big-picture strategy and tactical execution.
• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
